Renáta Papp joined Danubia in 2019, having previously worked in the legal, real estate, pharmaceutical and accommodation services sectors.
Until March 2022 Renáta held the position of Financial Officer reporting to the CFO and was tasked with managing banking matters for the whole Danubia group, including liaising with bank partners and preparing transfers in both domestic and foreign currency; handling foreign supplier invoices, preparing payment plans and sending advice notes to foreign partners, performing bank reconciliation; bookkeeping Danubia’s current account with the Hungarian and international intellectual property offices (such as EPO, WIPO, EUIPO, IPO), and creating daily financial reports.
Since March 2022 she has held the position of Project Manager and is responsible for handling industrial property rights tenders and SME Fund portfolio, in addition to performing organisational and marketing duties, undertaking horizontal projects and managing all administration tasks on behalf of Danubia IP, including issuing invoices, performing current account reconciliation, managing accounts receivable, handling contract management, preparing reports and coordinating the Danubia website.
Renáta obtained an intermediate qualification in industrial property rights protection through a training programme organised by the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office in 2022.
After graduating in social pedagogy from the Jászberény College of Szent István University in 2000, she went on to attend an accountancy training programme organised by Penta Unió in 2014.
