Patrícia Tóth specialises in industrial property right, primarily in patent law as well as in pharmaceutical law and SPCs. She participates in both national and global patent litigation disputes also, she is involved in advising on regulatory matters mainly relating to pharmaceutical law and life sciences. Besides, Patrícia drafts contracts subject to technology transfer, deals with trademark, domain and copyright cases.
Patrícia is also experienced in company law.
Patrícia joined Danubia Legal in October 2019.
During her studies, she gained significant expertise in a medium-sized law firm operating in the field of corporate law.
She graduated cum laude from Pázmány Péter Catholic University Faculty of Law in 2020. In 2019 she spent a semester in Northern Ireland at Queen’s University of Belfast. Prior to her legal studies, Patrícia graduated from National University of Public Service Faculty of Public Administration in 2016.
