Helga Haraszti specializes in patent prosecution in the fields of life sciences, biology, biochemistry, and the pharmaceutical industry. She has several years of experience conducting patent and literature searches, drafting expert opinions, preparing patent applications (including drafting claims), and responding to office actions. She also contributes to the provision of legal assessment and advice related to patent applications. She is well-versed in both Hungarian and international patent law (EPC and PCT systems). She acts as a European Patent Attorney, and also represents clients before the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office.

Helga joined Danubia Patent and Law Office in 2018 as a paralegal. From 2021 to 2025, she was a European and Hungarian Patent Attorney Candidate. After passing the European Qualifying Examination (EQE) in 2025, she became a European Patent Attorney and continues to work as a Hungarian Patent Attorney Candidate.

Helga obtained a BSc degree in Biology in 2018 and an MSc degree in the same field in 2021, both from the Faculty of Science at Eötvös Loránd University.
