The invention relates to a medical diagnostic sampling device which can be used in conjunction with a trepan drilling machine, comprising an outer and an inner unit, each of which is connected by an assembly hole or by a threaded section of the outer and inner units; characterized in that the sampling outer unit (B) is a stainless metal cylinder having an internally threaded bore (E) located perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the cylinder; the sampling inner unit (A) also comprises a cylindrical outer threaded section (D) and an inner keyhole (C) on the outer shell, so that the inner threaded hole (E) and the outer threaded section (D) are connected to each other by a suitable cooperating threadwork.
