Helga Haraszti specializes in patent prosecution in the fields of life sciences, biology, biochemistry, and the pharmaceutical industry. She has several years of experience in conducting patent and literature searches, drafting expert opinions, preparing patent applications (including drafting claims), and responding to office actions. She also contributes to the provision of legal assessments and advice related to patent applications. She is well-versed in both Hungarian and international patent law (EPC and PCT systems). As a European and Hungarian patent attorney, she represents clients before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO).
Helga joined Danubia Patent and Law Office in 2018 as a paralegal. From 2021 to 2025, she was a European and Hungarian Patent Attorney Candidate. After passing the European Qualifying Examination (EQE) in 2025, she became a European Patent Attorney and continues to work as a Hungarian Patent Attorney Candidate.

Helga joined Danubia Patent and Law Office in 2018 as a paralegal. Between 2021 and 2025, she worked as a patent attorney candidate. In 2025, she successfully passed both the European Qualifying Examination (EQE) and the Hungarian patent attorney examination, and became a registered European and Hungarian Patent Attorney.

Helga obtained a BSc degree in Biology in 2018 and an MSc degree in the same field in 2021, both from the Faculty of Science at Eötvös Loránd University.
